Tracy Kinsey

A 26-year veteran of the technology industry, with 16 years exclusively spent within the Customer Relationship Management “CRM” industry, Mr. Kinsey has served in sales management roles with early stage growth companies like Innovative Software, Informix Software, Microrim, Contact Software, Concur Technologies NASDAQ (CNQR), GoldMine Software and Interact Software.

During the years of 1991 through 1993, Mr. Kinsey served as Director of Channel Sales at Contact Software which was the original developers of ACT!.  During his tenure, Mr. Kinsey oversaw the distribution & retail divisions, which catapulted ACT! into the mainstream market and led to the technology acquisition by Symantec Corporation.

For six years, Mr. Kinsey held the position as Vice President of Sales for GoldMine Software Corporation.  During this period, Mr. Kinsey managed the companies inside and field sales operations, value-added reseller channel, new business development and retail channels of distribution. 

From February 2001 through May 2002, Mr. Kinsey held the position of Vice President of Strategic Sales for Interact Commerce Corporation.  In this position, Mr. Kinsey was responsible for managing the major account team which focused on the sale and delivery of SalesLogix. 

In November 2002, Mr. Kinsey joined the Microsoft Business Solutions Division of Microsoft to head up the field sales delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the role of CRM Solution Sales Manager.  From July 2004 to present, Mr. Kinsey has held the position of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Specialist within the North Central District.  In his current role, Mr. Kinsey is responsible for selling Microsoft Dynamics CRM into the Microsoft  account base.   Mr. Kinsey received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration; Functional Major, Marketing from Central Missouri State University in 1986.
